Campaign Against AntiSemitism: Fake Charity Embroiled in Allegations to Pervert the Course of Justice

In December 2016, the so-called Campaign Against AntiSemitism (CAA) launched a private prosecution against the British musician, Alison Chabloz.

For some background on the case, you can read more HERE and also HERE.

In preparation, CAA held a special recruitment evening to enlist the services of a group of Jewish lawyers providing their services pro bono to prosecute her.

As part of its claim, CAA contends that Chabloz breached the Malicious Communications Act by publishing songs that are or likely to be offensive to and mock the suffering of Jews.

As I have previously written, Chabloz was foolish in publishing her songs, but only did so after being relentlessly harassed for a number of years by a group of vicious Zionist trolls.

Before I felt it necessary to acrimoniously part ways with Chabloz, I remember telling her that she was playing into her abusers’ hands and making a rod for her own back.

That said, I dare say anyone else in a similar position and on the receiving end of such unrelenting abuse and harassment would have reacted similarly.

With the exception of one of the individuals, three of these trolls, are all Jewish women, who attempted but failed to have harassment charges brought against Chabloz.

After CAA brought its private prosecution and more detail came to light, its officers and representatives successfully petitioned the Crown Prosecution Service to take over the case as a criminal matter.

Another of Chabloz’s trolls is one Stephen Silverman, who went under the usernames @Bedlamjones and @Maxwellssiver1 on social media.

Silverman was forced to admit his trolling activity of Chabloz at one of the preliminary hearings in preparation for her trial, under cross examination with the penalty of perjury had he denied doing so.

When this came to light, and purely on the basis of avoiding recriminations, Silverman and those working with him in this targeted campaign, promptly deleted the entire contents of the Twitter feed for both accounts, including that of several other accounts involved in trolling Chabloz and others.

For information, Silverman is in fact employed by CAA, as its director of prosecutions. It’s as if he was purposely stalking and harassing Chabloz to lay the ground to prosecute her.

His accomplice was another staff member of CAA, named Binyomin Gilbert.

In another eye-opener, the former director of the Zionist Federation and a retired Bank of England official, Jonathan Hoffman, let it be known on social media, that he himself had a conversation with one of the magistrates at Chabloz’s initial hearing and was assured that she would be found guilty and given a possible fine.

In a subsequent hearing, listed and heard before a judge in the beginning of 2017, Baroness Arbuthnot was forced to recuse herself as a magistrate from the trial after further incriminating information and revelations came to light.

Fast-forward to the last couple of months and Chabloz drops another eye-opening nugget, alleging that Jonathan Hoffman sent an email to the court for the attention of the pre-trial judge, asking him to look favourably on prosecuting her.

A redacted copy of the email was handed to her by Judge John Zani.

For the record, Hoffman has confirmed links with Paul Besser, a member of the far-right group, Britain First. Although there is clear evidence of his associations with Besser – both of whom have been photographed together – associations with other members of the far-right are as yet unconfirmed.

On his possible but thus far unconfirmed other far-right associations, Hoffman has refused all requests to confirm or deny knowing or having met with Kevin Wilshaw, an ex-member of the National Front and British National Party, who recently came out as gay and let it be known that he is in fact Jewish.

If you can’t categorically deny it, say nothing, eh, Hoffman?

Because of Hoffman’s efforts to wilfully attempt to pervert the course of justice and deprive Chabloz of the right to a fair trial, the court ruled in the most recent hearing that he was an unreliable and unfit witness.

At this same hearing, Silverman and Gideon Falter, founder of CAA, both failed to attend. Nonetheless, they sought, via the Crown Prosecution Service, to impose tighter restrictions upon Chabloz, after learning that the police had given her back her laptop with all its contents.

CAA’s restriction requests until the trial date were refused, but presumably Falter and Silverman sought to have them imposed in order to prevent Chabloz from publishing material that may possibly be incriminating against them.

For the grace of goodness and justice, I rejoice in the fact that they failed.

In another turn of events, CAA recently published an image of meeting with Hardyal Dhindsa, who is the Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire Police.

It is certainly by no coincidence, that Derbyshire Police just happens to be the constabulary for the county in which Chabloz currently resides.

In the same publication as the image, CAA was kind enough to confirm that its staff discussed examples of alleged antiSemitism with Dhindsa, including those alleged against Chabloz.

The Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner’s Office has since been sent a Freedom of Information Request regarding this meeting – as has the Metropolitan Police – regarding a new crime initiative set up by CAA and the Jewish Police Association.

[The Freedom of information Request submitted has since confirmed, that CAA sought the influence of Dhindsa and Derbyshire Police in the outcome of the trial and also offered to write an Op-Ed on his behalf on the subject of antiSemitism] ~ Updated on the 25 May, 2018.

For information, there is also a formal complaint against CAA, which is currently under investigation by the Charity Commission, and there is a petition HERE to have CAA’s charitable status removed.

It has also been confirmed that investigations are taking place regarding Hoffman.

CAA is not a bona-fide charity as it claims, but an instrument of the apartheid state of Israel that needs to be shut down.

Free speech is at peril until we do.

Update:

  1. Alison was convicted of causing gross offence on the 25 May, 2018.
  2. Sadly, she made a rod for her own back, by lowering herself and allowing her stalkers to goad her into becoming extreme in her views and depictions of them.
  3. See the following screenshot as evidence of the goading that led to her prosecution.
  4. In reply to several congratulatory reply comments, Mordechai’s response to attribute his pathological behaviour and that of “1000s of others”, to the uber troll and Islamophobic Andrea Goncalves Da Silva. Andrea, aka @_andreaurbanfox, liked his comment.
  5. Mordechai Getz in fact chose to remain an anonymous troll and only crept out from his rock after Judge Zani announced his ruling.
  6. Although Alison Chabloz’s antiSemitic views are now clear, perhaps one can now understand – if only from the evidence of the systematic harassment admitted to in above image alone, how she came to be antiSemitic and, that when someone is repeatedly harassed and abused – they will either recoil and likely suffer a mental breakdown; or retaliate, by seeking to challenge and/ or mock their abusers.
  7. If it were not for the incessant abuse and harassment instigated by the likes of vermin like Mordechai Getz and; initially, by the likes of Andrea Goncalves Da Silva and Ambrosine Shitrit, perhaps Alison would not have posted the material that she did that led to her prosecution.
