Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions: AntiSemitism Fallacy An Attack On Free Speech

1 Jun

In June 2016, a UK-based organisation calling itself Jewish Human Rights Watch lost a High Court battle to outlaw Local Authorities from boycotting investment of employee pension funds and tax revenue in Israeli enterprises considered in breach of International Law and Human Right abuses against Palestinians.

In the ruling, Lord Justice Simon and Mr Justice Flaux dismissed the claim, considering that the case, brought by Robert Festenstein of @RHFSolicitors, was ill-conceived and failed on the basic facts.

In recent months, however, the UK government announced plans to implement new measures to curb the BDS movement and those who support boycotts, divestment, and sanctions in specific reference to the State of Israel. Note: BDS is not referenced in regard to any other sovereign state* accused of human rights abuses.

As part of the announcement, which one might essentially consider a totalitarian concept in an Orwellian-like effort pandering to a perceived sense of Jewish exceptionalism* and victimhood, Her Majesty’s Government also announced that it would adopt the deeply contested international definition of antiSemitism; a definition that includes outlawing boycotts, claiming that such actions are inherently antiSemitic.

Not only does this policy shift and implementation of an extremely narrow definition of antiSemitism effectively make it illegal to criticise or accuse Israel of acts of terrorism, occupation, or human rights abuses. It also makes boycotting – as a form of political protest, conscientious objection and pacifism – likely to be unlawful and potentially antiSemitic.

This definition goes further, stating that making reference to, or any accusations of the existence of a ‘Jewish’ or ‘Israeli lobby’, has lobbied for these changes and adoptions by foreign governments, should also be considered as antiSemitic.

Since 2015, Jewish Human Rights Watch has lobbied hard and fierce for this change in policy, as its director makes clear in the linked article below.

As noted by Daniel Sugarman of the Jewish Chronicle, the ‘Lobby’ includes organisations like Jewish Human Rights Watch. Its purpose is to “agitate” and “unsettle” opponents of Israel, says its director, Jonathan Neumann.

In the same piece, Neumann also states: “It’s no coincidence that when we started bringing these legal actions, this guidance and legislation started happening”.

To be clear, the adoption of the new definition of antiSemitism and the banning of boycotts against Israel is a completely draconian act, that would not have happened without the pressure, influence and relentless lobbying of the State of Israel and its actors and supporters.

In a classic defence of what has become known as Godwin’s Law and the fundamental right to peaceful protest and free speech, Netanyahu himself has labelled the BDS movement a direct attack on Jews, likening it to the activities of Nazi Germany.

The UK government is the first country in the World to acquiesce to Israel and its state actors in their demands.

This is hardly surprising, when one considers the pivotal role of the UK Government in the partition and annexation of what was originally Palestine until its carving up after the implementation of the Balfour Declaration.

Let’s get a few things straight, shall we?

First, no reasonably minded person would ever suggest that by denying members of the global Jewish diaspora the right to self-determination and a homeland the person doing so is not in some way prejudice against Jews and therefore likely to be antiSemitic.

Put simply; to do so, clearly implies that s/he does hold some form of prejudice against the Jewish diaspora.

If Jews and Israelis truly wish to counter real antiSemitism – without seeking to weaponize and misapply it – the establishment a Jewish homeland should not be at the expense of illegal land grabs and settlements under a policy of belligerent expansionism and occupation on what is essentially stolen Palestinian land should not be labelled as such because such actions are in clear breach of international law.

Moreover, no-one disputes that Jews have been persecuted and displaced for more than 2 millennia, or were persecuted by Constantine or the Nazis and Hitler. Most certainly, no-one denies that he, Hitler, authorised the slaughter and inhumane maltreatment of millions of Jews.

However, what must be accepted, is that Jews, like most other societies and communities, have also played their part in many of the World’s most horrific events; including in Russia, WWII, the Bosnian War and in the establishment and continued occupation and encroachment of Palestine.

In slavery, for example, it is entirely true to state that Nat Rothschild, whom I have already mentioned, supported and funded slavery, and fought against its abolition in order to maintain his business empire and, ultimately, his intentions to establish the State of Israel. Why? Because it is documented.

Indeed, Rothschild and business partner, August Belmont, were known adversaries against Abraham Lincoln, who, as we all know, was instrumental in abolishing slavery in the United States. In the case of abolition in the UK, it was Rothschild himself who even raised the finances to compensate slave and plantation owners after abolition.

The Rothschild family also had considerable business interests in the East India Company and was also responsible for brokering the Balfour Declaration in exchange for involving the United States in WWI and II and the establishment of Israel. Incidentally, Lord Balfour’s heir still sits on the Board of Trustees of the Rothschild Foundation, to this day.

Similarly, the fact that members of European Jewry played a significant role in establishing the modern global merchant banking and financial systems, should not be consider prejudicial toward Jews or antiSemitic either.

For example, it was members of the Jewish diaspora, who founded and oversaw the funding and investment of the Medici or the Spanish Royal Families; and subsequent establishment of European state banks, and the creation of financial havens like Guernsey, Jersey, and creation of Switzerland’s current banking institutions, like the Union Bancaire Privee.

It is not antiSemitic to state or say any of these things, as they are based on historical fact.

Equally, if you are Jewish, as my Grandfather was, you cannot stand by, screaming antiSemitism at anyone who speaks out against Israel’s apartheid and human rights abuses.

For clarity and avoidance of doubt, use of the term ‘fallacy’, in its strictest meaning and interpretation, refers only to manufacturing antiSemitism in regards to opposing the right and lawful activities to BDS and criticising human rights abuses. It does not diminish the persecution and rights of the Jewish diaspora. To say that it does, is to manufacture false claims of antiSemitism.

If you are Jewish and do this, you rightly risk being accused of dishonest and duplicitous.

As for Jewish Human Rights Watch attempts to criminalise BDS, I, for one, will not invest, or have my pension invested in any Israeli product that kills or has been produced and manufactured on occupied land and illegal settlements.

That is my unequivocal and universal right and you do the cause to rid the world of hatred, prejudices and inequality considerable harm by seeking to challenge and remove it.

You will not pass!

Israel Wants A Proxy War With Syria and For The US Government To Carry It Out

27 May

[Published 27 May, 2018]

You will no doubt recall that the US recently engaged in a bombing spree in Syria, following reports that Assad had used chemical weapons on his own people in the city of Douma.

For the record, there is a significant body of evidence gathering, that suggests these reports were entirely false and manufactured by Israel and then fed to Trump by Netanyahu and his minions.

The media reported that France’s Pres. Macron initially said that he had “proof” that “chemical weapons were used—at least chlorine – and that they were used by Bashar al-Assad’s regime”.

Less than a day later, Macron recanted his statement, after repeatedly failing to produce any evidence, despite many requests for him to do so.

Even the US Sen. Mattis has publicly stated that there was no evidence of Assad gassing his own people.

What we do know, is that Israel issued a statement, declaring that Syria has no legal right to defend itself against Israeli or U.S. military attacks.

We also know that The Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), a joint funded US/ Israeli propaganda instrument, recently called for war against Iran & Syria.

You can read more on this here: https://t.co/f9ktaj9zNY

In the days leading up to the US attacks on Douma, Israel expressed concern about Russia supplying Syria with missiles and said it would retaliate if they were used on Israeli soil, including on the occupied Golan Heights.

Further, that Fadel Abdul Ghany, head of the Syrian Network for Human Rights, and Husam Alkatlaby, director of the Syrian Violations and Documentation Center, published a report suggesting that Syria was responsible within several days of the alleged attack.

However, inspectors from the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) were blocked from accessing the site of the alleged gas attack themselves, because Trump gave orders to his generals to commence bombing the site… conveniently, the day before the OPCW were due to arrive.

We also know that the so-called ISIS – for which there also evidence that is financed by Saudi Arabia, Israel and the US – has used chemical weapons at least 52 occasions in Syria & Iraq.

This is according to the New York Times, which cited London’s IHS Conflict Monitor: https://t.co/h5iX14hTnj

In addition, we also know that the UK’s Ministry of Defence accidentally revealed the use of British drones firing thermobaric missiles in Syria: https://t.co/LP05BW4BZr

Even as early as 2013, we have testimony from past victims of such attacks that strongly suggest that it was ISIS or Al Nusra who used chemical weapons on the Syrian people; and not Assad or his forces.

Channel 4 News, the British TV programme, has also confirmed reports from Damascus, that ISIS and Al Nusra have a working relationship with Israel.

We also know that Israel runs the Ziv Hospital, situated in the Golan Heights, close to the Syrian border, which treats wounded Jihadis and anti-Assad rebels.

Priti Patel, the disgraced former UK Secretary of State for International Development, was forced to resign her role in government, after it came to light that she had visited the hospital.

Former Secretary Patel also held secret and unauthorised meetings with Israeli officials, and covertly sought financing for the hospital from the UK Government.

Robert Fisk, a journalist for the UK’s Independent newspaper, who was the first Westerner to visit in the aftermath of the alleged incident, also confirmed that their was little evidence of such an attack and, following having interviewed local people, if an attack had taken place, it would likely have been carried out by anti Assad terrorists and rebel groups.

As further damning evidence that Israel is behind and propping up the war with Syria, just two days after the Douma reports, the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Yitzhak Yosef’s Spokesperson, sent out a private message via Twitter, asking for the international community, including NGOs, to support military intervention in Syria.

For those that do not know, Chief Rabbi of Israel, Yitzhak Yosef, is a Ziopathic racist—who recently referred to Black people, and Africans in particular—as worth less than a Jew.

On the opening of the US Embassy in Jerusalem, just a couple of weeks ago, Rabbi Yosef referred to Trump as “the King of Kindness.”

I will leave you to make your minds up.

The Art of Manipulation: Israel Manoeuvres to Put US on War Footing with Iran

21 Oct

[Published 20 October, 2017]

In the week that the puppet president, Trump announced he was tearing up the nuclear non-proliferation deal with Iran, it appears that it is Israel that is the one pulling his strings from the outset. Rehmat’s World wrote that American writer and author Dan Sanchez in an article had predicted that the bloody war by Israel and its Zionist lobbyists in the Middle East was destined to fail, in which he calls Israel a warmonger. Even as early as 1990, former president Reagan accused Israel of misleading him over the Iran contra affair.

Trump’s announcement that it was a “bad deal” clearly illustrates his willingness to wag tail when told by his master but also his naivety on the world stage and grasping of the fundamentals of basic diplomacy. The obtuse and train wreck of a moron even had the brass neck to lay blame on Iran for successive US invasions in the Middle East and North Africa.

For the record, when the security of the entire region of the Middle East and, indeed, the rest of the world is at stake, the last thing any sane individual should do, is seek to antagonise a wrongly perceived obstacle and enemy to world peace. Even the most simple-minded individual should know this.

As David Frum put it in the Atlantic, Trump’s threats aren’t credible because he himself isn’t credible. In other words, Trump is a complete moron. In the same piece, Frum goes on to suggest that Trump’s announcement is not unwelcome to some. Well, yes, Israel wants it to happen.

Trump should have learned this lesson from the recent response he received from Kim Jong Un after his sabre-rattling and making baseless threats to destroy North Korea.

In short, Trump has absolutely no power at all to tear up the deal, whatever Israel demands and neither does the US Congress, or the US State department. The sheer notion of a war with Iran is ludicrous wishful thinking at best. Israel can whistle.

Rightly so, Trump was immediately slapped down by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and a European Commission spokeswoman. Both of whom reminded Trump that the deal was a multi-lateral and not a bi-lateral agreement. Even France and Britain have spoken out against Trump on pulling out of the deal.

As was the case with the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan before, Israel’s demands and expectations, are that the US ultimately dismantle Iran by creating another proxy war under false pretences of WMDs. This is not going to happen, because the rest of the world will not allow it. To tear it up would require the consent of all parties to the deal, which is never going to happen. China and Russia will never acquiesce.

Feck knows what Trump’s thinking was when coming out with this statement and obviously he wasn’t listening to any advice given to him before making it except that which was being fed to him via Israel.

Just like most other US president’s, Trump is another of Israel’s lapdog, acting like a deranged wind-up duracell bunny, with a perma case of foot-in-mouth and crass arrogance in a ‘who’s got the biggest dick contest.’

In addition to subsidising Israel’s economy to the tune of billions of US taxpayer dollars, the US and Israel have always had a special relationship regarding but-not-limited-to, who in the Middle East is permitted to possess such weapons and go unchecked.

The relationship has always favoured Israel, as you can see here:
IMG_20171013_104900

For those somehow unaware or ill-informed, the deal between Israel and the US, is that the latter acts as guard dog, whilst neglecting the American people, in favour of funding Israel’s tech developments and protecting its expansionism.

In Netanyahu’s recent speech to the UN General Assembly, he declared, “Israel’s policy toward the nuclear deal with Iran is very simple: Change it or cancel it.” And he made no secret of what that meant: If Trump doesn’t “cancel” the deal, he must get rid of its “sunset clause” and demand that Iran end its advanced centrifuges and long-range missile program, among other fundamentally unattainable objectives.

It is also well-known that Jared Kushner is a strong advocate of Israel and a longstanding friend of Netanyahu’s, wrote Gareth Porter in the above article. In his book, Porter contends that the nuclear threat by Iran is entirely manufactured by Israel.

To add further weight to Israel pulling the strings, it was the Israeli senior diplomat, Elad Ratson, attached to the British embassy of Israel, who kind of let the let the cat of the bag, so-to-speak.

Within a few days of Trump’s announcement, the US Treasury put out a statement designating Iran’s Revolutionary Guard a supporter of global terrorism but stopping short of accusing it of the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction.

As with many others, Ratson was quick to jump on and praise the statement, suggesting that it was a great move. When asked what he meant and to clarify the role of Israel in the matter he clammed up and immediately blocked the person asking him on social media but not before agreeing that war was on the cards. Ratson also praised the decision by the US to pull funding and support for UNESCO and suggested the UNRWA was next in Israel’s sights for criticism of Israel’s human rights abuses against Palestinians.

In June 2017, Hanin Abou Salem, for Al-Jazeera, claimed that the Netanyahu wants to disband the UNRWA because of its humanitarian work with Palestinian refugees. Ratson’s posts on social media and comments made by Ambassador Nikki Haley to the UN would seem to confirm. Until there is a solution between Israel and Palestine then the mandate of UNRWA is not done, says Salem. Therefore, the only way for Israel to resolve its Palestinian problem is to remove UNRWA.

As stated earlier, all of this is manufactured to serve Israel’s interests, whilst it, Israel, wreaks havoc across the world unabated. To be clear, Israel is a warmonger and worse than all other countries combined, in my personal opinion.

I never thought I would say this, but Israel is a pariah, largely responsible for all the wars in the Middle East and North Africa since the 70s, and humanity’s greatest threat. Yes, the US invaded and did the killing but Israel put them up to, causing complete carnage and creating the current refugee crisis in Europe in the process.

If Israel continues its meddling in this way, then it needs to be put down like the rabid dog that it is. Either Israel plays peacemaker and starts being civil or drag it and Netanyahu to the international criminal court. Should that fail and Israel continues in the way it has been, then dismantling it is the only solution in order to save the rest of humanity.

As the Kuwaiti official, Marzouq Al-Ghanim said this week to the Israeli delegation at conference in Russia: “occupiers… if you have no shame… get out of the room.”

EXPOSED: British General Election and Israeli Lobby

9 Jun

[Published 09 June 2017]

As the Russian media and Putin’s government have been exposed for interfering in the election of Donald Trump and efforts to subvert the outcome of the election of France’s President Macron, so have Israel’s efforts to alter the outcome of the UK General Election.

President Macon of France, whose private emails were leaked, noted in the Youtube clip shown above, that no foreign state power should use propaganda or seek to undermine and interfere with the democratic processes of any other state as a means to its own ends.

This is exactly why Donald Trump is now facing impeachment for his collusion with the Russian government in the hacking of the DNC and smearing Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential campaign.

In the case of this blog, it can now be confirmed that three British-based organisations have been exposed in actively attempting to subvert and influence the democracy of British politics, by specifically seeking to gerrymander the outcome of the election.

All of the organisations mentioned, have direct links to the Israeli government itself.

A search of social media posts confirms that one of these nefarious organisations, the Israel Britain Alliance, had its website set up anonymously by the World Zionist Federation.

In its campaign to muster up support in the UK General 2017, the Israel Britain Alliance, which was set up in February 2016 and renewed its web domain registration in February 2017, just six weeks before Theresa May announced the June election on the 18 April, 2017, states that its purpose is to persuade election candidates to sign up to its pledge to support Israel.

Its campaign appears to have had some success, in that more than 200 election candidates have pledged their support of the State of Israel.

Another of these lobbying organisations, is the ‘We Believe in Israel’ campaign website, which appears to have been set up by the British Israel Communications and Research Centre.

One of its directors, is listed as Richard Adam Cannon, who is also listed as a director of the London Jewish Forum and the London Press Club. The ‘We Believe in Israel’ website, lists several activities, including campaigning against UK foreign aid being given to charities supporting the education of Palestinian children.

Luke Akehurst, its director and an active Labour member, boasts the success of the pledge to lobby election candidates to support Israel and its efforts to criminalise the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement that opposes illegal settlements and human rights abuses of Palestinians.

In its general election ‘campaign toolkit’, the We Believe in Israel website, gives volunteers and supporters ‘How-to’ guides on ‘lobby[ing] MPs’, ‘influence[ing] people’, ‘dealing with anti-Israel arguments’, ‘joining a political or trade union party’, ‘sending campaign emails’, and provides a number of lesson plans, resources, and factsheets on preparedness and countering criticism of Israel.

A third organisation, the Anglo Israel Association, is run by one Ruth Saunders. Its president is the current UK Israeli Ambassador, Mark Regev, who has repeatedly dismissed the role of Shai Masot, the Israeli diplomat etc, who was sacked and ordered to return to Israel for actively subverting UK politics and democracy with threats to ‘bring down’ MPs considered to be anti-Israel.

No one is suggesting that the organisations listed in this blog article are or have been involved in leaking false, hacked, or misleading information to the media in the UK General Election, but not one of these organisations are registered as lobbying organisations, which is a legal requirement under UK law.

The purpose in their campaign is, and always has been, to influence UK foreign policy in regard to the Middle East peace process between Israel and Gaza and the wider Middle East conflict regarding Iran and Syria, which is part of a longerterm plan to remove Israel’s enemies.

Doh! UK Zionist Lobby Exposes The Zionist Lobby

24 Jan

Earlier today, on the 24 January 2017, the Times of Israel published an article penned by Justin Cohen, one of its News Editors.

The article concerns the recent 4-part undercover documentary conducted by Al-Jazeera; to expose – what can only be described, as the seriously seditious activities of Shai Masot at the behest of the Israeli government – to undermine British politics and democracy – including attempts at removing political opponents, like Sir Alan Duncan and Jeremy Corbyn – who are deemed to be obstacles and therefore incompatible with Israel’s aspirations and long-term goals.

Despite a public outcry and requests made by members of opposition parties – thus far, the PM, Theresa May, and the rest of her government – have categorically refused all calls for a public inquiry into the extent and scale of the role of Israeli government, its officials, actors, and diplomats, attempting to subvert and influence British democracy, favourably to Israel’s goals.

It is self-evident in Cohen’s article, that neither members of the UK Jewry, nor the Israeli government itself, are particularly happy about Al-Jazeera’s far-reaching expose of the tactics that the Israeli government is willing to employ and the lengths it is willing to go in order to push its expansionist agenda.

When Al-Jazeera’s expose was first aired – many (if not all) members of the Jewish diaspora, were unequivocally dismissive, and frankly insouciant – about the gravity of such nefarious interference of a foreign state (Israel) in another state’s (UK) sovereign powers – to independently and democratically, determine what its approach to and its foreign policy should entail. I dare say some were even apoplectic.

After Shai Masot was caught out in his candid admission of state-sanctioned and funded covert operations, to undermine British foreign and domestic policy, a prominent member of the UK Jewry, Jonathan Hoffman – who is a former Bank of England official – recently saw fit to use his own influence, to complain to members of the UK Parliament and House of Commons – seeking that Al-Jazeera be reprimanded for exposing something that is in all our interests to know and be aware of.

And guess what happened, folks?

Yes, you guessed it right!

The British government, like a compliant and pathetic lap dog rolling over on its back for its master, has happily kow-towed and will consider acting on Hoffman’s demands for it to reprimand Al-Jazeera.

(Now just for clarity, Theresa May, please remind us who your ‘Mamma’ is?)

Recently, Mr Hoffman, has let it be known, that anyone who speaks out against what many consider to be a rogue and terrorist state, its plans for expansion, or its human rights abuses, should automatically be considered an enemy of the Jewish diaspora and Israel itself.

Hoffman has made clear (in a recent Facebook post) that all dissenters should be discredited by “shining a light on the dissenter”, as opposed to “whispers to discredit them”.

(It appears that Mr Hoffman has since deleted or altered his Facebook account, attempting to disprove that he made these comments, but screenshots were obtained, prior to deletion).

You can also see Jonathan Hoffman in action here:

If, for some bizarre reason, you do not consider Mr Hoffman’s efforts to be a clear example and therefore somewhat of a confirmation of the existence of the Israeli/ Zionist lobby in action and its efforts to influence foreign democracies in its favour, one might wish to have a rethink about that.

Clearly, Mr Hoffman’s personal interventions, as a respected member of the Jewish establishment in the UK, to seek punitive measures against Al-Jazeera – for merely exposing the truth regarding Israel’s sedition – should be considered nothing short of an attempt at coercion or undue influence. In the very least, ‘crying foul’ or claiming ‘but that’s not fair’, when you have been caught out doing the deed.

In the last few days the Campaign Against AntiSemitism (CAA), a so-called UK-based charity, that is known to use legal means to silence Israel’s critics, has also decided to flex its muscles, by lodging a formal complaint against Al-Jazeera with the Broadcasting Regulator, OFCOM.

Amongst many other accusations, CAA’s complaint claims that Al-Jazeera’s expose is “mendacious”, “inaccurate”, amounting to “unfair treatment” (of Masot?), and even “promot(ing) incitement”. CAA is also seeking to force or impose upon OFCOM for it to use and adopt a definition of antiSemitism that is widely disputed, because it infringes on universal rights of free speech, expression, assembly and protest.

In making these complaints, the wider agenda of Hoffman and CAA here, is, once and for all, to finally criminalise any and all criticism of Israel’s persistent human rights abuses and illegal occupation of Palestinians and further expansion into settlements. All of which, not doubt, could not happen without the direction, influence, and input of Israel itself.

Talk about shooting yourself and your cause in the foot, by trying to silence critics and, in actuality only serving to prove the ‘conspiracy’ of the ‘Lobby’ to be true by your own actions and interventions, Mr Hoffman and CAA?

Now, if you are reading this and you are in any way concerned – as any vaguely intelligent person should be – regarding any foreign state unduly influencing your own government’s sovereignty, you should sign this petition.

It seems clear and simple: Zionism is racism and a truly subversive element in world politics, that may well be to the detriment of all humankind!

Regards,

Jason Schumann
