Zionist Witchhunt Against Jewish Jackie Walker and UK Labour (1)

2 Oct

Jackie Walker is a founding member and Vice-Chair of UK Labour’s Momentum movement, and is a Black Jewess, who is married to a fellow Jew. She has recently been suspended from the party for a second time, due to further false accusations of antiSemitism.

Initially, the claims of antiSemitism against her, came from members of the UK’s Jewry and Jewish media outlets, after her comments regarding Jewish involvement in slavery, as instigated by Jewish News and the Jewish Chronicle.

Yes, it was an exaggeration (by Jackie) that Jews were the chief or sole financiers of the slave trade, but that does not negate the role of prominent European and New World Jews as commodities traders, merchants, slave sellers, ship owners, and plantation owners, who, along with many more non-Jews, who fought against and opposed the abolition of slavery, due fear of losing privilege and wealth. (2)

(Search ‘August Belmont’, a Jew, employed by, and later married into the Rothschilds, who oversaw their New York operations of sugar, cotton, and rum.

It was a Rothschild whom leveraged and raised the finances (at the request of British and other governments) to compensate slave and plantation owners. Belmont worked with anti-abolitionists, such as members of the Society of Merchant Venturers). (3)

In regard to more recent false claims of anti-Semitism or Jew-hate laid against Jackie, the likes of the militant and vexatious Jewish Human Rights Watch and Sussex Friends have targeted her.

This latest attack against her occurred after video footage of a closed discussion at conference, was leaked directly to the Jewish press.

In the video, Jackie makes her views known about commemorating victims of all holocausts, asserting the view that Holocaust Memorial Day should remember all victims of such genocides and not be limited to one particular community. In this case, members of the World Jewry.

As was made perfectly clear to me by Olivia Marks-Woldman of the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust (HMDT), a day or so before Jackie’s comments, many members of the Jewish community believe they have sole ownership of the term ‘holocaust’. Moreover, that the genocide of Jews in World War 2 is unique and possibly the worst genocide in history.

Cue Joe Mulhall, also of the HMDT, who used his leverage and position as a Researcher for Hope Not Hate (HnH) and as a Trustee of HMDT, to publish a blog, on HnH’s website, subtly condemning Jackie Walker, in which he also accuses her of antiSemitism.

When I challenged HnH on social media of being duplicitous in conspiring against Jackie with faux claims of antiSemitism, I was immediately blocked.

Nick Lowles, Director of HnH, even went as far as to accuse me of being a conspiracy theorist. Needles to say, I kindly informed Nick that I would not be retracting any of my comments regarding HnH’s collusion with HMDT to smear Jackie, adding that he could sue me if he felt HnH had been so aggrieved by them. Nick has remained silent on the matter.

(Interestingly, Ruth Smeeth, MP, who has made numerous claims of antiSemitism against Jeremy Corbyn and supporters of him, because of her own Jewish identity, is also a (former) director of HnH, and was recently exposed as having links with AIPAC and BICOM and being referred to in a US Government memo leaked by Wikileaks, as being a ‘special asset’ in US/ UK/ Israeli relations worth protecting). After reading Joe’s blog, I tried to add my own comments to the blog, but so far, it appears that I have been censured. My comments in reply, and copied in italics immediately below, are yet to be moderated and are unlikely to be included. Indeed, I doubt they will.

“It is not anti-Semitic of Jackie to be honest in stating the role of Jews in the slave trade, because it is true.

As well as other Europeans, Portuguese, Spanish, Jewish — who owned slave ships, plantations, and slaves themselves, it was a prominent Jew, along with others, both Jews and non-Jews, who prevented the first abolition act passing and subsequently raised the capital to compensate slave owners after it was passed.

Similarly, I am calling Olivia Marks-Woldman is a hypocrite.

Only two days ago she told me that a memorial solely for Jewish victims (of WW2) is deserved because their suffering is unique (sic).

This implies privilege, victim status, which diminishes suffering and value of other victims — of other such atrocities.

World War 2 is not the only holocaust in our shared history and it is certainly not the worst. If we are to have a memorial and learning centre for holocaust victims, it should be for victims of all holocausts. It is not anti-Semitic to say this.

Joe, that you sit on the HMDT and HnH have given you a platform to attack Jackie Walker — as one of its employee — is either suspect, despicable, or both.

Shame on HnH for pandering to faux claims of antiSemitism!” (5)

Mark Wallace, Editor of Conservative Home, who believes slavery is form of migration, has also supported Joe’s HnH blog. When I challenged his involvement (in the deliberate smear campaign against Jackie Walker and UK Labour), he also blocked me and accused me of being a conspiracy theorist and anti-Semite.

Far from being a conspiracy theorist or anti-Semite, it would appear quite obvious that there is indeed an orchestrated campaign to target members of UK Labour, falsely accusing them of antiSemitism.

It would also seem that the Tory party itself and senior members of UK Jewry are involved, if not the key instigators. It was a member of the Tory party (along with members of UK Jewry, and Jewish press) whom reported Jackie to the Labour party. It is also believed, though not substantiated, that Sussex Friends infiltrated Jackie Walker’s closed session at conference and primed her, before leaking comments to Jewish and then other media outlets. (6)

These false claims of ‘antischwemitism’ smack of victimhood and double standards in order to guilt-shame us and close down any valid, critical debate. (See 7, below)

I mean, imagine if a Black or Muslim person complained in this way. They would (and nearly always are) immediately be accused of playing the ‘race card’ or being a taqiyya Muslim. (8)

I do not make these statements lightly. I have researched this, thoroughly, and will happily provide supporting evidence, if requested. Take offence or dispute anything, challenge or sue me! I can back up everything I have written in this article.

In no way do I believe that Jackie Walker is an anti-Semite, nor should she have been suspended from the party.

The Momentum committee agreed that Jackie was not anti-Semitic in the things that she has said, but that she was ill-judged in doing so, thus making her position untenable. This is a victory for her detractors (Tories, Zionists, and Jews) and a blow against speaking out about what we know and believe to be the truth. Nonetheless, it is not the victory they wanted, as Jackie is to remain a member of Momentum and the steering group. (9)

The truth remains that Jews did play a role in slavery; that many Jews and non-Jews do conflate anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism; and there have been many holocausts throughout our histories, not just one.

They are all worth commemorating on equal terms of validity and suffering, so that future generations learn from all humanity’s past crimes.

If you believe otherwise, I say ask yourself why.

Amendments:

I have included the following amendments to clarify a few concerns and points of reference and clarification.

  1. Clarifying use of ‘Zionism’ to not be conflated with Jews or Judaism, as they are separate ideologies, sometimes confused or presented as one and the same.
  2. Made clear that Jackie Walker’s comment about Jews being chief financiers is an exaggeration at worst and ill-considered overstatement in the least.
  3. In parentheses, I have included reference to historical records re August Belmont and Rothschilds’, and other Jews, to evidence (Jewish) involvement in slavery.
  4. Used parentheses to emphasis Hope Not Hates links to Zionists and the political classes.
  5. Corrected several errors in my comments to Joe Mulhall’s HnH blog – still not moderated or added as comment to their website.
  6. Added additional information regarding Tory involvement in reporting Jackie Walker and the suspected involvement of Sussex Friends in the second report to the Labour party.
  7. Clarifying use of term ‘antischwemitism’, as a satirical and mocking term at false claims of anti-Semitism/ Jew-hate. If valid (in this case not), neither should be mocked, ridiculed, or diminished.
  8. Added reference to comparisons of Black and Muslim people to emphasis disparity.
  9. Removed petition link to reinstate Jackie Walker, as members of Momentum  voted her out as Vice-Chair.
