Bob Blackman: British MP Unapologetic About Links to antiMuslim Hindu and English Nationalists

Bob Blackman, a Tory MP and patron of the Campaign Against AntiSemitism, recently hosted a Diwali celebration event in the UK’s House of Commons with extremist, Tapan Ghosh.

The event was also attended by Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, who issued an immediate apology.

Ghosh, a Hindu Nationalist, has previously called for the genocide of Muslims in Kashmir, as well as praising the forced displacement and ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Myanmar.

Ghosh, also founder of the Hindu Defence League, has also been praised by former English Defence League founder, Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, who is more well-known by the name, Tommy Robinson.

Did Blackman apologise or distance himself from Ghosh?

Answer: No.

In response to questions and criticism of attending an event and meeting with Ghosh, and despite having organised it, Blackman shrugged it off, simply saying he was not aware of who was invited and did not see what all the fuss was about.

In a statement, he gave to the press, he also defended Ghosh, stating that his presence was relevant to the event taking place. Blackman did state that he would have challenged Ghosh had he made any similar comments but that free speech was paramount.

However, it now transpires, that Blackman is also associated with Robinson, having interacted with him and apparently shown agreement with his views on social media. In one such interaction, Blackman retweeted a tweet in which Robinson states that Hindus in Bangladesh are surrounded by Muslims.

What neither Blackman nor Robinson seem to have grasped is that it was the brutalism of British colonialism and policy of divide and rule, which has created and exacerbated religious tensions and the unequal religious makeup of Bangladeshi society; first after the partition of India and then, when Bangladesh became its own country after civil war with and separation from Pakistan.

Blackman and Robinson also seem to ignore nor the fact that it is Bangladesh which is bearing the brunt of the ongoing refugee crisis of the Rahimyar Muslims – who are being driven out of Rakhine and over the border by the Myanmar government – which is arguably adding to the tensions and religious divide.

Blackman’s links with and apparently ardent support for Hindus does not go unmissed or without some questioning as to where his loyalties may lie.

A quick view of Blackman’s expenses, shows that he was paid several hundred pounds to attend an anti-Iran event organized by the National Council of Resistance of Iran and the Welle Association, which supports and explicitly promotes regime change in Iran.

In addition, he also receives regular donations from two Hindu businessmen; a significant donation received from the former hedge fund manager, Lord Fink for undisclosed remunerations; and a donation from a property company to attend a conference in Israel.

There is an even larger donation received from the Indian High Commission.

India, incidentally, conspired with Bengali and Hindu Nationalists, for the civil war that brought about the creation and establishment of Bangladesh, which was also funded and supported by Israel and British governments.

Not directly, but by repeatedly ‘liking’ and ‘retweeting’ criticism and hatred toward Muslims, Blackman, indirectly, shows himself for who he really is and who he supports.

Rajnish Kashyap, Director of the Hindu Council of Britain, was asked to comment and condemn the invitation of Ghosh to the House of Commons event hosted by Blackman, but has failed to respond.

And, whilst the Campaign Against AntiSemitism maliciously and wrongly accuses the European Forum for Ethnic Minority Individuals, Communities, Individuals, and Organizations of creating tension between Sikhs and Muslims, it has so far refused to remove Blackman as its patron.

All the while, Campaign Against AntiSemitism, has recently called for the Palestine Solidarity Campaign to remove as a patron and disassociate itself from the Jewish comedian, Alexi Sayle, following an interview with Sky News in which he claimed that all allegations of antisemitism “amongst supporters of Jeremy Corbyn are a complete fabrication.”

Presumably, Blackman remains as a patron of the fake charity, Campaign Against AntiSemitism because of his support and associations with and for Hindu Nationalists against Muslims, which, naturally, serves Israel’s interests best.

Watch this space for the Campaign Against AntiSemitism to come back with a smear, making false accusations of antiSemitism.

Sadly, it would appear that Muslims are now under attack from all sides of the fascistic spectrum.

Since publishing this blog, Blackman has sadly blocked on Twitter.

Las Vegas Terror Attack: Israeli Propaganda and Fake News

7 Oct

[Published 05 October, 2017]

DLJUY_8WkAEI0TR

In the aftermath of the recent terrorist attack in Las Vegas, in which more than 406 people were injured and 58 dead, both the mainstream and right-wing media were quick to initially blame it on a Muslim extremist.

It began with the likes of Breitbart and the UK’s Mail Online claiming that the attack was carried out by ISIS.

The Mail Online’s Rod Ardehali published a piece suggesting ISIS had called for an attack as early as May. The headline and Ardehali’s piece have since been amended and Ardehali’s name as the author has been removed.

DLIFf5-W0AEVIU1

Later that day, on the 02 October, the claim that the terrorist in this attack was a Muslim convert was published via Amaq, Islamic State’s semi-official news agency, which we now know to be a false claim.

As one social media commentator amusingly put it: “ISIS would claim responsibility for anything, except PPI [Payment Protection Insurance].”

Several hours before Amaq’s now debunked claim and Site Intel Group’s subsequent repetition of it, Arutz Sheva claimed in an ‘unofficial report’, that the Israeli radio station, Reshet Bet had reported that the terrorist’s name was one ‘Samir Al-Hijab’, who had converted to Islam in his 30’s, claiming Samir was Stephen Paddock’s Muslim name.
DLI3KuvWkAEFNqg

The right-wing Breitbart propaganda website, created and funded by Israel, repeated the false claims first made by Site Intel Group, a site led by Rita Katz, whose site claims to be a ‘provider of Jihadist/Far Right & Far Left/Cyber Security News’, that the terrorist was a Muslim convert.

Like the Mail Online, Arutz has now amended its original piece and reporting on this false claim and Reshet has denied any such reporting of it. Arutz only did so after a barrage of demands were made on social media for it to stop spreading fake news.

Unfortunately, this has not stopped any of other right-wing media, extremists and supporters, like Paul Joseph Weston, Robert Spencer, and the Zionist Islamophobe, Ambrosine Chetrit repeating similar false claims. Even the so-called liberal Haaretz newspaper repeated the claim.

As we now know, the terrorist in the Las Vegas was one Stephen Craig Paddock, a 64-year-old, who is believed to have been shot when Las Vegas police entered the 32 second floor hotel room of the Mandalay Bay Hotel from where he was shooting.

Alongside the false claim of any ISIS involvement, the former partner of Paddock’s female companion, a man named Geary Danley, was also falsely implicated. Again, this was put out by the very same right-wing media sources, largely due to a search of some of Geary’s social media postings criticising Donald Trump.

This is yet another case of fake news and false reporting by the mainstream and right-wing media outlets in order to demonise Muslims to further Israel’s interests and agenda.

Interestingly, Rita Katz, who is largely responsible for this false narrative, also has links to Arutz Sheva and many of the other right-wing supporters of this fake narrative that ISIS was responsible and Paddock was a Muslim convert.

It is also worth noting, that Ms. Katz is an Iraqi Jew and has spent the last week making retractions and amendments to the original fake story she authorised, if not putting it out herself since it was discovered that the story was just that.

Her father was executed for spying for Israel, thus giving her good reason to dislike Muslims. She also supported the invasion of Iraq and has many connections with Israel and the Zionist lobby and propaganda machine in the US.

Not surprisingly, Facebook and Google have also played a role in reporting the false narrative that this terrorist attack was initiated by ISIS and Paddock was a Muslim Convert, from which they have also profited by placing ads alongside fake postings and stories published.

As the UK’s Guardian newspaper noted:

Facebook’s “Safety Check” page, which is supposed to help people connect with loved ones during the crisis, ended up briefly promoting a story that said the shooter had “Trump-hating” views, along with links to a number of other hoaxes and scams, according to screenshots. At the same time, Google users who searched Geary Danley’s name were at one point directed to the 4chan thread filled with false claims.

The Las Vegas police have stated, categorically, that this attack was not initiated by ISIS, Paddock was not a Muslim, nor was his partner involved (she was in the Philippines), or was Geary involved, who was on the opposite side of the US at the time it took place.

ISIS’ claims of responsibility for this terrorist attack seek to instil fear and ferment hatred of Muslims. But as we all know ISIS is funded by the US and other, occidental, governments.

Despite the fake narrative of the Las Vegas terrorist attack now being disproved, there will be many who will still believe that the fake story is still true.

If, at all possible, these individuals, need to acquire some common sense and need to ask themselves: Why and who would spread these false rumours, fake news, and misinformation?

The answer to these questions are simple: It benefits Israel and harms Muslims.

This is exactly what Israel and its advocates and supporters want.

As Malcolm X is once reputed to have said:

download.jpeg

He also said, that if you are not careful, the media [and your governments] will have you hating the oppressed, and loving those who oppress the weak and oppressed.

Forgive the use of the pun, but stay woke and do not believe ALL your governments tell you or that you read in the media!

Tommy Robinson, Alt-Right antiMuslim Propaganda, and the Portland Terror Attack

1 Jun

[Published 31 May 2017]

In recent days, Jeremy Christian has been charged with the murder of two individuals and the serious wounding of a third, who came to the aid of two young Muslim women on a train in Portland, Oregon, who were being subjected to “aggressive Islamophobic verbal abuse” by Christian.

The three victims have been called heroes and Christian has rightly been labelled a terrorist by witnesses and the public in general.

Within eight hours of a campaign to raise money for the families of the three victims, Muslim communities had raised over 100,000 dollars, a figure that now stands in excess half a million.

At his arraignment, Christian, who is now known to be White supremacist, justified his attack on the two women and the strangers who came to their aid, by shouting in the courtroom that he was acting out his first amendment rights.

In defiance of the court and public outrage of his callous act of murder, Christian was heard calling out: “free speech or die”, “death to the enemies of America”, proclaiming what he did was an act of patriotism.

On learning of the incident, former leader of the far right group EDL and Pegida, alt-right mouthpiece and all-round antiMuslim thug, Tommy Robinson, aka Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was quick to blame Muslims for the Portland terrorist attack.

He tweeted the following remark on the 27 May 2017:

TRobPortland.jpg

Robinson deleted the tweet several hours later; but only after realising, or being informed that the terrorist in this instance, Jeremy Christian, is a White supremacist. Presumably, the narrative had changed beyond his control to milk it in the way in which he would have wished.

In another, either failure to grasp the facts of the matter or complete misinterpretation of a news event that did not quite fit his narrative to easily exploit and to further his rhetoric of the ‘Islamification of the West’, Robinson posted a link to a newsflash of a train in High Wycombe, UK, being evacuated by police.

Screen Shot 2017-06-01 at 14.29.51.png

As it turns out, Robinson was also wrong about this incident; and so, presumably again, wilfully or ignorantly, posted something about nothing in order to further stir up fear and resentment against Muslims by his followers and those gullible to believe in everything he posts as being fact.

This is in the same week as Robinson being convicted of contempt of court and given a suspended 3-month sentence, as well as claiming that we are at war and calling for the mass deportation and incarceration of Muslims, following the Manchester attack, carried out by Salman Abedi.

In a further effort to create divide and stir up hatred toward British Muslims, Robinson also posted an image of Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, Ian Hopkins, holding a copy of the Qur’an purportedly taken immediately after the Manchester attack. In fact, the image of CC Hopkins was taken almost a year ago. Robinson was corrected, but chose to throw insults instead of retract or apologise.

All the while, the likes of the counter-extremism think-tank, the Quilliam Foundation, who have previously sponsored Robinson and received government funding to work with and re-educate him, still hold the view that Robinson is neither a danger to Muslims nor an extremist.

Robinson also blamed the terrorist attack in Dortmund on fanatical Muslims, when, in fact, the attack was carried out by members of a far right group.

A journalist posting such inflammatory accuracies and propaganda – as Robinson clearly does quite regularly – would be challenged without question. Robinson, however, appears to lack any integrity and has neither retracted nor apologised for doing so. Neither has he condemned Jeremy Christian.

If Robinson wishes to wipe the slate clean and cast off the label of being an extremist himself; or at least an apologist for White supremacy, he needs to cease door-stepping individuals who call him out as such in order to intimidate them; stop posting false and inaccurate news to inflame; and start being pro-active by engaging in constructive debate and actions with those he views as enemies of Western, Liberal ideology.

Until then, Tommy, you will remain an extremist in many people’s eyes. That, or an apologist and a racist thug, at best.

Donald Trump: A Walking Disaster

9 Nov

When I say disaster, I mean it!

Trump is a documented serial bankrupt, an alleged paedophile and rapist, an out and out racist and homophobe, and a proud misogynist who even lusted after his own daughter on live television.

I don’t need to back up any of these claims, as the evidence is already out there.

Trump won because those who voted him in — largely White, uneducated, gun-toting, religious rednecks and coffin-dodgers — did so, to stick one to the establishment and on a clearly racist anti-immigration ticket.

This was coupled with the outrage of the bible-bashers upset with LGBTI rights laws, Muslims, the Black Lives Matter movement, and the economic woes of every day batshit American lives.

The right-wing media gleefully did its part to feed into and stoked much of this hatefilled and vitriolic clusterfuck.

Like the humorons who voted for Brexit in the UK with their ‘little island’ mentality who are supporters of racist UKIP et al, the Moricons — by which I mean wilfully moronic, fuck-nugget Americans, in case you don’t understand what the term implies — who voted for Trump see themselves as having more rights and privilege over anyone else they do not consider one of them.

Want examples?

The KKK, the American Nazi Party, and the White Nationalist American Freedom Party, all endorsed Trump, as did the many evangelical organizations.

Well, here is what Trump is going to do, or seek to do:

  • Repeal equality laws for Black and other minority people, including the LGBTI community.
  • Strengthen religious freedom to discriminate against each of the above groups.
  • Repeal Obama’s healthcare bill that currently protects 62 million people on low incomes.
  • Forcibly deport and intern Latinos and Muslims.
  • Introduce greater protections for law enforcement officers who shoot down unarmed members of the public to allow them to escape scrutiny and justice in many cases.
  • Remove the rights of Native Americans to protect their homelands and property, which will include sending in military to forcibly remove them, even in a body bag.
  • Increase pollution and global warming by removing current legislation and granting no strings licenses to big corporations to produce more coal and frack without any consideration to local residents or the environment.
  • Make abortion illegal, even for rape victims, in favour of demented fucktard Xtian zealots.

With Trump in the driving seat of one of the world’s leading and most powerful economies, these are just a few of the things that are likely to get the go ahead.

Don’t even get me started on the American economy. It’s already on its arse; by which I mean dirt broke. Yes, that’s right, America is bankrupt; both morally and financially! Not a pot to piss in! Tanking! Living on borrowed time!

Doubt me?

In case you were wondering, there are now more than 10 major American cities that have filed for bankruptcy since Wall Street and lacks financial control caused the 2000, 2007 & 2008 crashes that resonated across and still impact on the world to this day. Many other American cities are in prolonged deficit and the housing market is still on its arse.

America is the most indebted country in the world, to the tune of 19,643,000,000,000 dollars. That is more than all the other most indebted countries in the world combined. Its trade deficit is equally as bad, and there is nothing Trump can do.

What about checks and balances, you may ask? They won’t work. America’s political system of lobbying, bribes, and favours, is one of the most corrupt in the world. Besides, Trump’s supporters and the humorons who voted for him would lynch him if he doesn’t carry out his promises.

Only today, on the announcement of his election, the dollar dropped again. It will drop further. The example below is proof.

World markets have also slumped but are recovering, unlike America.

Yes, America, you can expect recession and a deep depression like no other! Ultimately, Americans will suffer more than they have ever before. The rest of the world will also feel it but will recover more quickly.

Trump’s only solution is quantitative easing, which will devalue the dollar further, thus increasing inflation, damaging the markets such as structured products, depressing interest rates which impacts on savings and pensions, and international trade.

(China has previously stopped exporting valuable minerals to the U.S. due to its quantitative easing program).

Already world leaders are sending warning shots to Trump.

As my neighbour’s 11 year old daughter said today: “Mummy, the world is doomed! What are we going to do? Can someone assassinate him?”

Despite my equally negative views of Hillary, I would have to agree with this girl’s conclusions.

America is well and truly fucked!

The Differences and Perceptions of a Europe under Threat: Islamisation and Islamofascism in Context

5 Oct

In a constantly changing world and a post-modern Europe, the author, David LaBoon (2011) expresses the view that there exists a cultural and religious struggle to reterritorialize the European political and cultural space in response to globalization and increasing geopolitical issues and the shifting borders of Europe (p. 50). Indeed, there is a clear perception that the primacy of Eurocentric conceptions of identity; or Eurocentrism, are held as ‘universal or natural’ and perceived to be under attack from what is defined as the ‘Muslim problem’ or ‘Muslim other.’ It is clear that these perceptions are influenced by issues such as the global movement of people (immigration); the veil in the public space; acts of Islamist terrorism; and over a decade of international tensions arising from civil wars and Western invasions in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The world media’s role has also ‘politicized’ perceived threats against European conceptions of group and collective identities, and pit the Christian ideology against Islamic, increasing tensions between the two, resulting in a ‘power struggle’ that has significantly harmed the space of intercultural dialogue and inter-religious relations. Even political, civil society, Far Right and cultural organizations have fanned the flames of difference. Individuals fight it out on social media, daily. It combines to whip a storm and set the scene for proxy wars based on the politics of identity.

This fear and hatred of East against West, is a self-perpetuating cycle of vicious atrocity after atrocity and endless violence and social, cultural and political hyperbole and scare-mongering by deluded knuckle-draggers on both sides. At its least harmful, it is blatant political rhetoric and manoeuvring and prejudicial tat-for-tat nonsense, that has pit community against community; government against government; and people against people. The cycle appears endless and doomed to destruction; because no-one has offered a viable solution to resolve the issues to bring about peace and understanding between the two, or appears willing to listen to the other side and the solutions and proactively work toward them. Thus, in order for Muslims to fit in with European and Western ideals of secularism, equality, and liberalism… it is maintained that ‘Muslims’ must adapt and conform to the legitimized European notion of national unity. In contrast, Muslims claim this is proscriptive and enforced abandonment of their cultural and religious identities; resulting in the rise of the Islamist movement, increasing politicization of Muslim presence and identity and also home-grown terrorists in Europe and the West. Many Muslims are hyper-sensitive about this and see themselves as the ‘victims’ and crusaders against Western totalitarianism.

Europeans fear the increasing presence of Muslim immigrants setting up homes in their green and once ‘white only’ communities, and unwanted changes to their traditional landscapes and architecture with the building of mosques and minarets. European communities have become increasingly intolerant of the Muslim presence and ascribe to the notion of B.A.N.A.N.A (building absolutely nothing, anywhere near anyone); because Islam is viewed as incompatible and not part of European society, values, or identity. If the building of a mosque is proposed, then it is immediately challenged through legislation or the planning process because the ‘minaret is (and shouldn’t be) higher than the church spire.’ The presence of Muslims and Islam are always challenged as being detrimental to ‘my’ sense of identity and what ‘I’ perceive to be ‘relevant, acceptable and tolerable to me.’ And so it goes… ‘I don’t like the clothes you wear, so you should dress like me if you wish be a part of this society.’ In much of Europe, this pathological and schizophrenic resentment of Muslims has encouraged governments to introduce laws that increasingly restrict the rights of Muslims, giving special protections to the rights of European communities and cultural values. For Muslims, this is an intolerable attempt to enforce conformity and marginalize their faith and identity. Coupled with US and European invasions and assaults on MENA countries, resulting in hundreds and thousands of needless Muslim deaths and clear evidence of torture and rendition; Muslims have responded with violent acts against Europe nations and governments and challenged the laws of governments they perceive to be intolerable and a threat to their civil liberties.

Neither Muslims nor Europeans are willing to accept the positive contributions of the other. Both constantly attack one another and believe they are under constant attack and that their freedoms, history and identities are being eroded by the presence of the other. Muslim terrorists have acted with extreme forms of violence and terrorist acts such as with the bombing of London in July 2005 and the crashing of two planes into the World Trade Center in September 2001. Europeans turn to violent protests and choose to burn down mosques, because they fear their presence and that of Muslims is polluting their society and slowly taking it over and that soon they will be powerless and forced to live under Sharia. Even before the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the retaliatory attacks of Al-Qaeda on Western society; Muslims and Europeans consider the other an invader. So the cycle of intolerance continues and there appears little sign of abating or of coexistence.

Indeed, Muslim terrorists are fascists of today, as the Germans and Italians were in the 20th century. Radical Muslim terrorists are intent on the destruction of Western society. But they will never succeed. In tackling radical Islam, Europeans should not fear the presence of peaceful Muslims who simply wish to settle and live in the abode of the West. It is Muslim fascists who despise Europe and the West for its perceived neo-imperialist efforts to control and profit from the Middle East and defeat Islam so that Western values hold social, cultural and political dominance on the world stage. These Muslims are Islamofascists and fascism is fascism, as neo-imperialism is capitalist with some elements of fascism. However, the largest and most persistent faction of fascism in Europe is the rise of the Far Right. But all forms of fascism should and will be routed out by governments and their security services. Islamofascism has little or no presence in Europe; it is largely present in Middle Eastern and African countries, as a counter-response to Western incursion into predominantly Islamic countries and persecution of Muslims in those countries.

That Muslims are increasingly settling in Europe, is contributing to the reshaping of European social, cultural and political landscapes and our identities in many ways. It does not mean that European identities and values are being Islamized, eroded or altered inalieniably. Issues of population control are separate to issues of identity and should not be used to demonize Muslims in Europe. Society’s values and identities are not stagnant and rigid. This notion of a de facto singular sense of European identity is rather Cartesian in its concept and has already been debunked. The fact is, we all have many identities and they are always changing. These changes in society, our values, population and our identities are inevitable and increasingly due to the effects of globalization. Whether Muslim or Christian, we all have a right to protect our identities, values and beliefs. No-one has the right to suppress the other, or impose one identity on another. That Europeans perceive European identity as being Islamized is now part of a condition of known as block-thinking, in that the condition of perceived Islamization is paralyzing coexistence between East and West. If any part of Europe is being Islamized, it is largely Muslims who it effects and only affects Europeans if they become reactionary toward the presence of Muslims or wish to convert to Islam themselves. If European identities are in crisis, then it is because of religious abandonment, shifting global power dynamics and the decline of old imperialism. The core issue is not about the erroneous belief in the Islamization of Europe, but flexibly reimagining European identities in a new global context and not allowing the debate of Muslims in Europe to become polarized by inward-looking, religious and cultural agendas insistent on self-preservation. To do so, only serves to further the extremes of European and Muslim fundamentalism and mutual hostility.
