Campaign Against AntiSemitism: Fake Charity Embroiled in Allegations to Pervert the Course of Justice

In December 2016, the so-called Campaign Against AntiSemitism (CAA) launched a private prosecution against the British musician, Alison Chabloz.

For some background on the case, you can read more HERE and also HERE.

In preparation, CAA held a special recruitment evening to enlist the services a group of Jewish lawyers providing their services pro bono to prosecute her.

As part of its claim, CAA contends that Chabloz breached the Malicious Communications Act by publishing songs that are or likely to be offensive to and mock the suffering of Jews.

As I have previously written, Chabloz was foolish in publishing her songs, but only did so after being relentlessly harassed for a number of years by a group of vicious Zionist trolls.

Before I felt it necessary to acrimoniously part ways with Chabloz, I remember telling her that she was playing into her abusers’ hands and making a rod for her own back.

That said, I dare say anyone else in a similar position and on the receiving end of such unrelenting abuse and harassment would have reacted similarly.

With the exception of one of the individuals, three of these trolls, are all Jewish women, who attempted but failed to have harassment charges brought against Chabloz.

After CAA brought its private prosecution and more detail came to light, its officers and representatives successfully petitioned the Crown Prosecution Service to take over the case as a criminal matter.

Another of Chabloz’s trolls is one Stephen Silverman, who went under the usernames @Bedlamjones and @Maxwellssiver1 on social media.

Silverman was forced to admit his trolling activity of Chabloz at one of the preliminary hearings in preparation for her trial, under cross examination with the penalty of perjury had he denied doing so.

When this came to light, and purely on the basis of avoiding recriminations, Silverman and those working with him in this targeted campaign, promptly deleted the entire contents of the Twitter feed for both accounts, including that of several other accounts involved in trolling Chabloz and others.

For information, Silverman is in fact employed by CAA, as its director of prosecutions. It’s as if he was purposely stalking and harassing Chabloz to lay the ground to prosecute her.

His accomplice was another staff member of CAA, named Binyomin Gilbert.

In another eye-opener, the former director of the Zionist Federation and a retired Bank of England official, Jonathan Hoffman, let it be known on social media, that he himself had a conversation with one of the magistrates at Chabloz’s initial hearing and was assured that she would be found guilty and given a possible fine.

In a subsequent hearing, listed and heard before a judge in the beginning of 2017, Baroness Arbuthnot was forced to recuse herself as a magistrate from the trial after further incriminating information and revelations came to light.

Fast-forward to the last couple of months and Chabloz drops another eye-opening nugget, alleging that Jonathan Hoffman sent an email to the court for the attention of the pre-trial judge, asking him to look favourably on prosecuting her.

A redacted copy of the email was handed to her by Judge John Zani.

For the record, Hoffman has confirmed links with Paul Besser, a member of the far-right group, Britain First. Although there is clear evidence of his associations with Besser – both of whom have been photographed together – associations with other members of the far-right are as yet unconfirmed.

On his possible but thus far unconfirmed other far-right associations, Hoffman has refused all requests to confirm or deny knowing or having met with Kevin Wilshaw, an ex-member of the National Front and British National Party, who recently came out as gay and let it be known that he is in fact Jewish.

If you can’t categorically deny it, say nothing, eh, Hoffman?

Because of Hoffman’s efforts to wilfully attempt to pervert the course of justice and deprive Chabloz of the right to a fair trial, the court ruled in the most recent hearing that he was an unreliable and unfit witness.

At this same hearing,  Silverman and Gideon Falter, founder of CAA, both failed to attend. Nonetheless, they sought, via the Crown Prosecution Service, to impose tighter restrictions upon Chabloz, after learning that the police had given her back her laptop with all its contents.

CAA’s restriction requests until the trial date were refused, but presumably Falter and Silverman sought to have them imposed in order to prevent Chabloz from publishing material that may possibly be incriminating against them.

For the grace of goodness and justice, I rejoice in the fact that they failed.

In another turn of events, CAA recently published an image of meeting with Hardyal Dhindsa, who is the Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire Police.

It is certainly by no coincidence, that Derbyshire Police just happens to be the constabulary for the county in which Chabloz currently resides.

In the same publication as the image, CAA was kind enough to confirm that its staff discussed examples of alleged antiSemitism with Dhindsa, including those alleged against Chabloz.

The Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner’s Office has since been sent a Freedom of Information Request regarding this meeting – as has the Metropolitan Police – regarding a new crime initiative set up by CAA and the Jewish Police Association.

For information, there is also a formal complaint against CAA, which is currently under investigation by the Charity Commission, and there is a petition HERE to have CAA’s charitable status removed.

It has also been confirmed that investigations are taking place regarding Hoffman.

CAA is not a bona-fide charity as it claims, but an instrument of the apartheid state of Israel that needs to be shut down.

Free speech is at peril until we do.

Bob Blackman: British MP Unapologetic About Links to antiMuslim Hindu and English Nationalists

28 Oct

[Published 28 October, 2017]

Tory_MP_Bob_Blackman_Hosts_Anti_Muslim_Hindu_Extremist_in_UK_Parliament_1

Bob Blackman, a Tory MP and patron of the Campaign Against AntiSemitism, recently hosted a Diwali celebration event in the UK’s House of Commons with extremist, Tapan Ghosh.

The event was also attended by Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, who issued an immediate apology.

Ghosh, a Hindu Nationalist, has previously called for the genocide of Muslims in Kashmir, as well as praising the forced displacement and ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Myanmar.

Ghosh, also founder of the Hindu Defence League, has also been praised by former English Defence League founder, Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, who is more well-known by the name, Tommy Robinson.

Did Blackman apologise or distance himself from Ghosh?

Answer: No.

In response to questions and criticism of attending an event and meeting with Ghosh, and despite having organised it, Blackman shrugged it off, simply saying he was not aware of who was invited and did not see what all the fuss was about.

In a statement, he gave to the press, he also defended Ghosh, stating that his presence was relevant to the event taking place. Blackman did state that he would have challenged Ghosh had he made any similar comments but that free speech was paramount.

However, it now transpires, that Blackman is also associated with Robinson, having interacted with him and apparently shown agreement with his views on social media. In one such interaction, Blackman retweeted a tweet in which Robinson states that Hindus in Bangladesh are surrounded by Muslims.

What neither Blackman nor Robinson seem to have grasped is that it was the brutalism of British colonialism and policy of divide and rule, which has created and exacerbated religious tensions and the unequal religious makeup of Bangladeshi society; first after the partition of India and then, when Bangladesh became its own country after civil war with and separation from Pakistan.

Blackman and Robinson also seem to ignore nor the fact that it is Bangladesh which is bearing the brunt of the ongoing refugee crisis of the Rahimyar Muslims – who are being driven out of Rakhine and over the border by the Myanmar government – which is arguably adding to the tensions and religious divide.

Blackman’s links with and apparently ardent support for Hindus does not go unmissed or without some questioning as to where his loyalties may lie.

A quick view of Blackman’s expenses, shows that he was paid several hundred pounds to attend an anti-Iran event organized by the National Council of Resistance of Iran and the Welle Association, which supports and explicitly promotes regime change in Iran.

In addition, he also receives regular donations from two Hindu businessmen; a significant donation received from the former hedge fund manager, Lord Fink for undisclosed remunerations; and a donation from a property company to attend a conference in Israel.

There is an even larger donation received from the Indian High Commission.

India, incidentally, conspired with Bengali and Hindu Nationalists, for the civil war that brought about the creation and establishment of Bangladesh, which was also funded and supported by Israel and British governments.

Not directly, but by repeatedly ‘liking’ and ‘retweeting’ criticism and hatred toward Muslims, Blackman, indirectly, shows himself for who he really is and who he supports.

Rajnish Kashyap, Director of the Hindu Council of Britain, was asked to comment and condemn the invitation of Ghosh to the House of Commons event hosted by Blackman, but has failed to respond.

And, whilst the Campaign Against AntiSemitism maliciously and wrongly accuses the European Forum for Ethnic Minority Individuals, Communities, Individuals, and Organizations of creating tension between Sikhs and Muslims, it has so far refused to remove Blackman as its patron.

All the while, Campaign Against AntiSemitism, has recently called for the Palestine Solidarity Campaign to remove as a patron and disassociate itself from the Jewish comedian, Alexi Sayle, following an interview with Sky News in which he claimed that all allegations of antisemitism “amongst supporters of Jeremy Corbyn are a complete fabrication.”

Presumably, Blackman remains as a patron of the fake charity, Campaign Against AntiSemitism because of his support and associations with and for Hindu Nationalists against Muslims, which, naturally, serves Israel’s interests best.

Watch this space for the Campaign Against AntiSemitism to come back with a smear, making false accusations of antiSemitism.

Sadly, it would appear that Muslims are now under attack from all sides of the fascistic spectrum.

Since publishing this blog, Blackman has sadly blocked on Twitter.

Agent Provocateurs: Silencing Freedom of Speech, Zionist Infiltrators, and Faux Claims of Anti-Semitism

In the above image you will see Stephen Silverman, whom many refer to as “Slitherman” and “the Enforcer”. I will explain why and the relevance of including him in this blog in a moment.

First, let’s do an explainer as to why I wrote this blog about him and other likeminded, nefarious individuals.

This blog came about due to an orchestrated altercation to disrupt a pro-Palestinian event, held on Coventry, UK, less than a week ago.

The keynote speaker was MK Haneen Zoabi, a Palestinian and member of Israel’s Knesset; or parliament, if you like.

The event was organised by the West Midlands Palestine Solidarity Campaign with pro-Palestinian Human Rights Activist, Sarah Wilkinson.

The event was a public event but was unfortunately infiltrated by several Zionists agitators; including Alan Blumenthal, who is a member of the UK Independence Party and his sister, Mandy (Dingle) Blumenthal.

IMG_20170910_141931.jpg

(No offence intended to the actress who plays the character, Mandy Dingle in a longstanding British soap)!

Alan and Mandy were attending in a reporting capacity – intending to be disruptive and to feedback to their fellow Zionists – and began filming at the event.

No consent was obtained or requested by Alan and Mandy to film. They were initially allowed to film, but both were shouting at Haneen Zoabi saying: “everything you’re saying is absolute rubbish… you’re a liar.. you’re inciting.. you’re supporting terrorism.”

They left their seats several times to come closer to Zoabi and were repeatedly asked to return to their seats. Both refused to comply; and so, Sarah Wilkinson stood between them and Zoabi but in the moment hastily and, in my own opinion, wrongly snatched the device they were using to film.

You can see HERE that Alan Blumenthal became extremely violent, punching several individuals who were attempting to restrain him whilst waiting for the police to arrive. Blumenthal is also alleged to have kicked Sarah Wilkinson whilst she lay on the floor.

Mandy can be seen refusing to leave and is shouting most of the abuse, calling Zoabi a “racist bitch.” Interestingly, Mandy recently had her 5 minutes of fame in the media, claiming that the leader of the UK Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn was antiSemitic and that she was considering leaving the UK for Israel – albeit within the next 5 years or so.

(If that bad, why not leave right away, Mandy? You can only serve one master, as they say).

As with other pro-Palestinian events, like the recent PalExpo event, it is quite usual for Zionists and Jews, like David Collier and Jonathan Hoffman to covertly gain entry in order to provoke, heckle, and make claims of antiSemitism.

In a recent tweet posted by Mandy, she confirmed that she had attended events held by the firebrand, persona non grata, British politician George Galloway, claiming that she had been there and done that (sic).

When challenged on the matter, Mandy responded, classically, with faux claims of hatred towards Jews, saying that what was filmed and her reasons for being present at the event under deception as a provocateur, was in fact ‘Pallywood’, implying that it was manufactured to even suggest it.

In the case of Stephen Silverman, who is the ‘director of enforcement and prosecutions’ for the nefarious Campaign Against Antisemitism, when the European Forum for Ethnic Minorities (EFEMICO) tweeted a message of support to Sarah Wilkinson, asking if she had come out unscathed and commenting on the deception and actions of Alan Blumenthal who assaulted her, Silverman’s response was to also make faux claims of antiSemitism.

EFEMICO responded to Silverman, stating that criticism of an apartheid regime, such as Israel is, like any other other country guilty of crimes against humanity, is in no way racist. Silverman was also reminded that no one is entitled to use and abuse their religion or ethnicity to counter valid criticism of a State’s human rights abuses. His response was typical and dismissive, as is the default response of any individual with a similar sense of persecution complex as have many members of the World Jewry.

Perhaps somewhat understandably, the following image explains perfectly why so many Jews are so defensive and pernicious in the defence of Israel:

Screen Shot 2017-07-19 at 16.27.14

This view is not to diminish the persecution of the Jewish diaspora; the realities of which forever emblazoned in our memories and should never occur in our shared histories ever again. That said, the suffering and persecution of Jews in the last century is now used as a stick with which to beat non-Jews over the head or to smear and demonize anyone who is critical of Israel or Judaism.

As indicated in the above quote from the United States Peace Institute, the collective trauma of Jewish suffering has made the World Jewry overly hyper-vigilant, extremely defensive, and generally intolerant to any kind of criticism.

This, in part, is why many pro-Israeli and/ or Zionist Jews will go out their way, by any means necessary, to discredit and silence anyone who is critical of them, and why many non-Jews believe that members of the Jewish community are generally duplicitous and pernicious in many ways.

This sensitivity is why Alan and Mandy Blumenthal did what they did and reacted in the way they did when confronted. Again, it’s also why Stephen Silverman responded the way he did.

Ask yourself these two questions:

1. Why would anyone infiltrate and record an event on a subject to which they are fundamentally opposed and then decry false claims of antiSemitism when exposed? Or;

2. Make false claims of hatred toward Jews when it’s the State of Israel that is being criticised and not Jews themselves?

Incidentally, Silverman has since deleted his tweets to EFEMICO, but not before they were archived and uploaded to a third party website.

Purely and simply, what the Blumenthals did was devious, wrong, and the brother’s violent response was a base response to a non-existent threat in a situation that he and his sister created, when neither he nor his sister should have been present at the event in the first place, and should have removed themselves immediately and without any fuss when asked.

Silverman’s response to EFEMICO was a pernicious smear, compounded by the fact that he was expecting a cutting response – and further, by the fact that he removed his tweets soliciting the response – so as to imply that EFEMICO was the aggressor, when this was clearly not the case.

This is not the first time Silverman has behaved this way. In his capacity for the Campaign Against AntiSemitism, he frequently threatens people and venues by letter and email and is a known harasser of two women on social media, having set up several troll accounts to abuse them, which he was forced to admit in court under penalty of perjury.

As was once said in a radio interview by a former Israeli Minister, referring to unfounded and mendacious smears of antiSemitism: “It’s a trick we use… we always use it.”

If it’s not acceptable for People of Colour to play the ‘race card’, so-to-speak; or Muslims to claim Islamophobia regarding criticism of patriarchal interpretations and indoctrination of Islam, then neither is it acceptable for the Jewish community to incessantly make false claims of antiSemitism.

One can only hope that one day, Jews learn to accept valid criticism (of themselves and Israel) instead of trying silence critics and outlaw it.

This attack dog approach, exceptionalism, and victim mentality, is counterproductive and extremely tedious, to which the many are now waking up to and will no longer tolerate.

Update – 22 September, 2017

After reading this blog, Mandy Blumenthal took umbrage and tweeted that the contents was lies and libel.

Her tweet was favourited by her partner, Mark Lewis, a libel lawyer for the firm Seddons, who is also legal counsel for the Israeli government, in combatting the BDS movement.

Presumably Mark – with whom I have some history and once suggested that I should be given a one way ticket to the Middle East, to be thrown off a building for being gay – thought somehow, that he was going to intimidate me.

No such luck, Mark!

As with the video footage available, corroborated evidence from various sources, and the above screenshot shows, Mandy and Alan were violent and did scream insults and abuse at MK Zoabi.

So, Mark, if you care to try and sue me, bring it!

[Legal disclaimer removed, as everything quoted in this blog is a matter of record].

Stephen Silverman and the Sickness of Jewish Privilege – Grenfell Towers Fire

16 Jun

[Published 16 June, 2017]

Stephen-Silverman

In recent months, I’ve posted several blogs concerning Zionism, Jewish privilege and victimhood, and the Israeli Lobby; so, the last I want to do – following the fire that engulfed Grenfell Towers, which has resulted in the needless loss of in excess of more than 100 lives – is write a blog about a Zionist and prominent member of the UK Jewry, who unwisely thought it wise to make light of the tragedy, by shamelessly seeking to point score against one of his perceived enemies.

Now, please don’t get me wrong on this. Like any human being, I am the first to admit, that I have occasionally taken a swipe at, and derived amusement and satisfaction, from seeing those whom I have reason to dislike, get their comeuppance, so-to-speak.

However, the last thing I would ever do, is seek to derive pleasure from their death, an injury, or suffering. Neither would I intentionally or otherwise, seek to trivialise and weaponise a tragedy such as the Grenfell Towers fire, and certainly never in order influence someone else’s opinion, belittle, or express a particular repulsion or dislike for someone.

In this case, Stephen Silverman, aka Mr. Slitherman, aka @bedlamjones, and the ‘enforcer’, who is the ‘Director of Prosecutions and Investigations’, for a so-called nefarious fake charity, Campaign Against AntiSemitism (CAA), sought to denigrate Jeremy Corbyn, Leader of the UK Labour party, purely to further the Jewish cause of perpetual victimhood and the Jewish communities’ general dislike for him, because of his peaceful stance in the ongoing Israel-Gaza conflict.

For those that do not know, Slitherman is a known harasser of women on social media, which he was recently forced to admit in open court, at Westminster Magistrates, in December 2016, in what has turned out to be a failed and misconceived attempt by CAA, to criminalise valid criticism of Israel’s war crimes and human rights abuses. The case was sponsored by the Israeli government itself and has since been dropped.

In a now deleted post on Twitter, Slitherman’s cheap and – quite frankly, what can only be described as a despicable pot-shot – claimed that Corbyn’s proposals to support the Grenfell Towers survivors – who are now homeless and the families of victims of the fire – was “a grotesque, self-serving cynicism.”

IMG_pqo4qd.jpg

Slitherman posted this comment in the wake of the fire and Corbyn’s condemnation of Theresa May’s inaction and alleged coverup of the tragedy.

The condemnation, concerning May’s unwillingness to meet residents; that her government purposely sat on a fire safety report, that could have prevented this tragedy had the report’s recommendations been implemented; and the suspicion and concern that her government is micromanaging the aftermath of the tragedy, including withholding details on the total number of deaths.

What Slitherman was referring to, when posting what he did, were Corbyn’s subsequent comments in Parliament and, unlike May’s refusal to do so, his willingness to visit local residents, as if he was conducting a public relations exercise.

Anyone who knows Corbyn, knows that this is simply not so and utterly outrageous to even suggest it.

One individual, who commented on the post, also suggested that Slitherman was attempting to smear Corbyn with a wrongly attributed quote that was actually made by Winston Churchill. The quote concerned the requisitioning privately owned property, to rehouse people who were made homeless after WWII. It was the reviled Daily Mail that published Churchill’s quote as Corbyn’s. Slitherman, either knowingly or otherwise, was repeating the smear in order to compound it.

Screen Shot 2017-06-17 at 17.46.58.png

For absolute clarity, the quote in question – was, in fact – made by Churchill.

Before deleting his callous and mendacious smear of Corbyn, however – which was not his first, and which he only did… after it was pointed out him how despicable it was – Slitherman’s post had 16 retweets, 20 favourites, and various follow-up posts by those in apparent like-minded awareness and agreement with his intentions in posting what he did.

For the record, I, myself, have been on the receiving end of Slitherman’s bile, and it was not pleasant. Clearly, the only person guilty of being “grotesque” and of “self-serving cynicism” here, is Slitherman himself.

It truly despairs and pains me to say this – but Slitherman, like so many other Zionists and anti-Corbynites – are truly pernicious and resentful specimens, who will use any means at their disposal to discredit their self-created enemies.

As a closer to this blog, it is also worth noting, that 72 members of May’s government are landlords of private and/ or social housing – all of whom, voted against and filibustered a proposal by Corbyn – to recommend installation of sprinkler systems in all or most high-rise residential buildings.

A proposal that – had it  been passed – could have prevented the deaths of the victims in the Grenfell Towers fire.

Perhaps Slitherman should consider “whispering” more quietly next time!

Zionist Lobby: Tim Farron, Liberal Democrats Party Leader, and the Sacking of David Ward, MP

27 Apr

[Published May 2017]

On the 26 April, 2017, Tim Farron, leader of the UK Liberal Democrats, announced on Twitter that he had ‘sacked’ David Ward from the party.

Initially, Farron was reported as having stated that he was unable to intervene in local party politics or selection processes. Ward was to stand for election in the parliamentary seat of Bradford East on the 08 June, 2017.

However, after pressure from Sir Eric Pickles, the UK’s Special Envoy to Israel and Chair of Conservative Friends of Israel, and the ‘behind-the-scenes’ intervention of the nefarious and meddling Campaign Against AntiSemitism (CAA), Farron decided to do an extraordinary u-turn, calling Ward ‘unfit to stand and represent the Party.

Ward is known to be very critical of the apartheid state of Israel and his comments have been somewhat hard-hitting and possibly unpleasant to some sensitive ears. For example, the year before Israel’s Protective Edge slaughtered more than 2,400 Palestinian including 500 children with the illegal use of White Phosphorus, Ward said:

“Am I wrong or are am I right? At long last the Zionists are losing the battle – how long can the apartheid State of Israel last?”

Prior to Farron’s u-turn on the matter, Mark Wallace, editor of Conservative Home, called his decision not to sack Ward “bullshit”. Not content with attacking Farron, Wallace then went on a tirade of abuse aimed at Ward, saying: “maybe fuck-off now, you weapons-grade scumbag” and posting a link to his blog about him.

Sadly, Wallace is under some illusion (a spell or cognitive dissonance?) and claims Ward’s comments about the insidiousness of Zionism, the Lobby, and Israel’s persistent Human Rights abuses amount to racism.

Possibly knowing that he or a colleague would be attending a meeting with the Liberal Democrats to discuss Ward, Stephen “Slitherman” Silverman, director of prosecutions and investigations for CAA, and a known harasser of women, was on hand to comment on Wallace’s abuse, suggesting he already knew what would happen to Ward.

Screen Shot 2017-04-27 at 15.25.58.png

Slitherman and CAA also enlisted the assistance of Martin Greig, a Liberal Democrat councillor in Scotland, the day before the announcement of Ward’s sacking.

Greig offered to intervene and act as go-between between CAA and the Liberal Democrats in a separate matter. As you can see in the above screenshot, CAA asked Greig to contact them by email regarding the meeting to discuss Ward as well as others matters.

We can reasonably assume, therefore, that Ward’s sacking was as a direct consequence and outcome of CAA’s meeting with the Liberal Democrats, Pickles challenging Farron in Parliament; and perhaps to a lesser extent, Greig’s role as an intermediary.

CAA was set up as a fake charity in 2014 by Gideon Falter after Israel’s Operation Protective Edge assault on Gaza. As stated earlier, Protective Edge massacred 2,400 Palestinians to further Israel’s efforts to legitimise its suppression of the Palestinian peoples’ right to self-determination and illegal expansionism and occupation of Palestine.

By lobbying in this way, to sack a member of a political party and prevent him from standing as a member of parliament, CAA is in fact in breach of charity law, as charity law clearly prevents such lobbying.

In addition, as it would appear that CAA is very much involved in lobbying activities, there is also a legal requirement for it to be registered as a lobbying organisation.

Notably, the charity, Greenpeace, was recently fined £30,000 for refusing to register as a lobbying organisation.

Screen Shot 2017-04-27 at 16.12.32.png

There is currently no evidence to confirm that CAA is also registered as a lobbying organisation, so it is also in breach of its requirement to register under the Administration Act of 2014.

CAA is part of an offensive to shut down any form of debate, criticism, or challenge to Israel’s Human Rights abuses and illegal occupation and ongoing settlement expansion programme. It is directly linked to the World Zionist Organisation and has been tasked specifically with the purpose of shutting down free speech in Britain under the guise of false claims of antiSemitism.

It also actively seeks to impose a definition of antiSemitism which prohibits any criticism of Israel and comparison of Israel to the Nazis or an apartheid/ fascist state.

CAA also actively lobbied for the expulsion of Baroness Jenny Tonge from the Liberal Democrats Party.
